The Best Way to Detoxify The Body

The best way to detoxify body wastes is a simple method called - The Master Cleanser. This is the easiest, most delicious and effective cleansing available. It's been around for more than 60 years and it surpasses many other detox methods.

The original Master Cleanser (also known as the Lemonade Diet) developed by Stanley Burroughs in 1941, has recently been made famous by Beyonce Knowles, Robin Quivers, and Isaac Hayes. Beyonce announced on the Oprah show that she had lost 20 pounds on the Master Cleanse to prepare for her role in the movie - Dreamgirls.

This is the easiest way to regain your vitality and allow your body to repair and clean itself.

The Master Cleanse Detox or The Lemon Cleanse

The Master Cleanse involves eating no solid food. Instead, you drink a mixture of water, lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, and Cayenne pepper.

The rules are simple. Each day you drink 6-12 glasses of the following mix:

The Master Cleanser Recipe:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon (or lime) juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons of genuine "grade B" maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper
  • 1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) of water, room temperature

Combine all the above ingredients in a jar and shake together.

Follow this for 10 days.

Detoxification does take determination and there will be times when you'll feel like quiting. So before you start you need to prepare both your mind and your body for the experience ahead.

If you decide to try it, you should definitely get yourself a copy of the original Master Cleanser Book by Stanley Burroughs (look below).

I also highly recommend you to read The Master Cleanse Secrets Guide. This eBook, written by Raylen Sterling, will help you to stick to the program with many helpful tips and advice.

See-through and sheer fabrics trend

Women's Accessory Trends for Spring 2010

Two accessory trends have caught our eye for Spring 2010: the latter is more suited to print (and the more confident fashioniser) while the former is the toned down version perfect for everyday wear.

Bow headbands

Hair bows Oversized and attention grabbing, bows in 2010 come in many styles and forms. They can be cutesy or pretty, without a doubt - but there's also room for attitude and quirkiness too. Marc by Marc Jacobs, Luella, and Temperley all sported bows on their Spring 2010 runways. Click for more on bow headbands.

Bunny ears

Bunny Ears fashion trend Headbands take a quirky turn with this unique micro-trend. Bunny ears, Mickey Mouse ears, and oversized bows are all styles which fit this vintage-sex-kitten meets sugar sweet girl-next-door look. This trend is a definite favourite for editorials and shoots; but that doesn't mean it can't work on the streets. Click to read more about the bunny ears trend.

The Healthy Hair Guru

I promote healthy, lustrous hair growth using only the finest products and techniques with each and every style!

The best thing to do when you notice hair breakage is to begin dealing with it immediately! My goal is to give you information about hair breakage and provide you with simple, proven solutions that will reverse the breakage and help you to regain the healthy appearance of your hair at an economically conscious price! (It’s no secret these are tough times so I’ve taken this in account and adjusted my price list!)

Many of my clients praise the fact that I not only style their hair flawlessly, but also advise and enlighten each person on the proper products, daily regimen, as well as the vitamins, foods and minerals our bodies crave to maintain healthy hair and skin (many of them also boost an overall nutritional balance and well-being!) My styling skill are spoken of highly, and frequently, however I don't believe I've clearly projected the fact that I am not your typical hairstylist (I am not just looking to make a quick dollar). I have built many lasting relationships in helping various women restore their hair back to the strong, healthy mane they now proudly show-off!

I use only Professional and Organic Products including Ashtae, Cibu, Design Essentials, Matrix and Mizani. Beginning with a thorough consultation, I will "diagnose" any damage or problems you are having with your hair, and begin the process to reverse it! Some people suffer sever breakage due to Chemical damages, while others due to build-up of products that many THINK, are OK for your hair-- while in essence, they cause even more damage-- clogging the pores of your scalp leading to severe dryness and chaffing.

Obviously, each case should be treated differently, being that we are all different, have different lifestyles, habits and routine diets as well as 100 different products under our bathroom sinks that we have tried-- liking some, hating others. LOOK NO FURTHER! Contact me today so we can get started on your proper road to RECOVERY and HAIR RESTORATION! I provide not only the latest Hair Styles and Trends, but also the BEST products and vitamins for your hair and skin!

Step One: Start a Personal and Complete, Hair Care regimen Contact SEARRA ELEECE! 757-438-8443. Also you must order an Essential Oil Hair mix. I provide a 3 month custom-blend supply for just $20.00!

Step Two: A Healthy Hair Eating Plan Your hair is all protein. Thus, you need a protein rich diet, chocked fill of B Vitamins and other hair-strengthening nutrients. Increase your intake of fish. It is full of healthy proteins and essential fatty acids and natural oils your hair needs. In addition, drink a protein supplement or shake everyday. If you follow this plan, not only will your hair grow, but you will also lose weight. That is, of course, if you lay off the junk food. Remember, I warned you too much junk food above.

Step Three: Drink Water Eight to ten glasses of water is an absolute requirement. Drinking water flushes your body of toxins, chemicals, and impurities that stifle your hair growth and disrupt your hormone and enzyme imbalances. Water also transports the important nutrients your body needs throughout your body. Hate drinking water? Add lemon and Splenda to have a healthy, tasty alternative

Whether you're another hair stylist or a client of mine-- steps 2 and 3 should be practiced by ALL OF US! My personal quote is "How Many People I Bless, Is How I Measure Success" so LADIES... Go get your vitamins, keep your H2 O handy and shop ORGANIC!
